Our mission was to propose the ecological building with the advanced technological package, fits in this famous academic area of Tokyo.
Air conditioning system, exchanges geothermal heat was specially engineered for the ground floor kindergarten. It maintains an ideal environment for the children. Also the “Sox-duct” air conditioning system was adapted for the vocational school where majority students are young females. The system delicately controls the comfortable temperature and humidity without causing dry air.
Multipurpose hall in the basement has the retractable seats which make the space very useful for the multiple purposes, not only for the lecture but also for the variety of events and excises.
