RC structure (RC-Z Structure) apartment for lease
This building is located in a residential area of Koenji. Because this site was surrounded by three streets, we needed to relax the road setback regulation to fulfill the volume requirements. We solved this problem by using the sky factor method. The building consists of RC-Z structure system that is extremely durable and provides high thermal insulation performance.
