3-stories RC-Z structure private residence
It is a private residence built in Nishi-Waseda, near the Waseda University campus. We used the RC-Z structural system provides very high thermal insulation performance reduces the air conditioning cost nearly to 70% of the normal cost. After careful observation on the window arrangements… the large size main windows, see-through staircase and the skylight windows supply sufficient daylights almost equally into rooms. By owners request, we equipped an outstanding water purifying system “SOLUVE” that supplies clean and mild water to all faucets in the house.
