Completion 2017 Seiseki Sakuragaoka, Tokyo Full renovation of two-by-four wood framing structure house
This 5 bed room house was acquired by current owner.
Demolished two walls in the kitchen & living >> reinforced the beams and added a steel post. Moved the main bathroom to the South West corner, facing the “cherry blossom” garden terrace.
Color scheme for the floor stone, kitchen cabinet, flooring and etc. were basically decided by client out of some choices that we proposed. After the complete renovation, the house became extremely bright and expansive.
